About Our Products
Most of our products are hand-made as well as manufactured overseas. We only seeks suppliers who embrace a zero-waste approach. This way we can provide competitive prices and have impact on environments. We have our own fulfillment center within United States which allows for short delivery times to local customers. Our nearest drop shopping facility is in Winchester VA. We also design some of our products ourselves. We have implemented quality assurance methods that makes our products highly durable and long lasting before the facility can fulfill the product delivery.
How can your wood products make it eco-friendly?
This is why we are an online store. We only seeks suppliers who embrace a zero-waste approach. Our wooden goods are used wood or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified suppliers. Trees in forests have to be cut down every so often to make room for new ones in order to preserve other animals/plants living there. Wearing our products makes an impact on people and this makes your personal statement about the environment.
Are your wooden products water resistant?
Our wooden products are splash resistant. This means you cannot submerge them in water and it is better to try to avoid exposing them to heavy rainfall. Splashes generated by washing your hands etc should not cause any problems. Please do not purposely try to test their resistance.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not require an account to place an order however without an account you would not be able to track your order using our website (you still get email notification regardless of account registration). Registration is preferred and will allow us to send you new arrivals and discounts information.
Why is the shipping time on my order is 12-20 days?
If our products are out of stock locally, the next closest facility will be selected. If all facilities in the United States are out of stock then your order will either come from European countries or China. If this is the case, the shipping times can be delayed. Each product pitch page has an information of the shipping time before you place an order.
What if my order is late?
A true late order is at the 45-day mark from date of purchase. We agree 100% that is not acceptable. But once again that is one thing out of our control by drop shipping. All we can do is compensate our customers. If your order has not been received at the 45-day mark. Keep the product when it arrives and we will REFUND 100% of your money.
Has my order been shipped?
All customers should have received an email confirming your order, followed by an email giving you a Tracking Number. This may take 24 hours or up to 7 days (holidays pending), then you can track your product for a more accurate date.
